How do I pay my reservation?
When reserving a service on our website, full payment is asked upon reservation. Our system supports credit card payments with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.
Where do you pick me up at the airport/ train station?
The driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall, with a welcome board displaying your name on it.
Do I have to present a voucher to the driver upon arrival?
Once your booking is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking with all the details. And the driver will receive the same details of your booking, so there is no need to present a voucher.
What happens if my flight is being delayed?
Before picking you up, the driver always follows your flight information on the official airport website, that way he can further plan his itinerary. So if your flight is being delayed- we will be informed and no extra fee will be charged if the delay is less than 45 minutes. In case the flight will be delayed by more than 45 minutes, we cannot guarantee an immediate pick up, but be sure that we will do everything possible to find a way to satisfy your expectations.
What is your cancelation policy?
If the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the pick-up, no cancellation fee applies. If you cancel it less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, 50% of your reservation fee will be retained.
We are a group of more than 7 people and we would like to organize a pick-up from the airport. How can we do that?
